T’s Tees & Things is a woman-owned retail shop located in Caro, Michigan. We specialize in custom clothing, biker accessories, handmade goods, and unique gifts. Our products are available online at https://tsteesandthings.com and in-store.

2. Products and Custom Orders

All custom orders are made to customer specifications.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (e.g., name spelling, size selection).
Custom and made-to-order items may take longer to fulfill. Estimated turnaround will be given at the time of purchase or via communication.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on the site.
Michigan sales tax will be applied to applicable purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship through USPS and other trusted carriers.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier are out of our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. A receipt is required.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on our website and in-store are the property of T’s Tees & Things. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used to process your order or contact you if needed. We do not sell or share your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use of our products is at your own risk. T’s Tees & Things is not responsible for damages, injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our items.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Return and Refund Policy

At T’s Tees & Things, we want you to love what you purchase. Because many of our items are handmade or custom, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below.

Custom and Personalized Items

All custom-made, personalized, and special-order items are FINAL SALE.
This includes items with names, logos, specific colors, or any design provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors (e.g., misspellings, wrong sizes, or last-minute changes).

Return Policy (Non-Custom Items)

Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- With original tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing may take 3–5 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, please bring it in or contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right—either with a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on availability.

Return Shipping (Online Orders)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. T’s Tees & Things is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
